“What an amazing experience! Pat gives detailed instructions that help enhance getting into the postures. I also like the small classes because she gives cues as to slight changes while in the posture to make sure it’s being done correctly to get the full benefits from them. Highly recommend going three or more times a week. I did. I saw a difference in my body in a month. It’s a good feeling to go to the studio and makes new friends as wall.”

“My regular yoga practice has helped me look better, have more energy and most importantly, feel better. As a medical acupuncturist, I recommend Bikram yoga for healing injuries, preventing illness and longevity. Whenever you start, the benefits you receive will exceed whatever you currently imagine.”

“Pat’s studio is comfortable and welcoming. Her teaching is patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. I’ve been trained in the postures using single sets, and her teaching style made it easy to transition to doubles. If you’re looking for a yoga studio with a talented teacher and welcoming students to practice Bikram yoga with, check this place out!"

“Some years ago I hurt my knees running. I went to several doctors, but no one could help. I was experiencing pain nearly all day and night, and my knees only seemed to be getting worse. I started doing Bikram yoga, and after a few months’ time, the pain in my knees began subsiding, and soon after that, it felt as if my knees were healed. Since that experience, whenever I have any sort of ailment, I return to doing Bikram yoga regularly before I visit a doctor in hopes that things will get better. More often than not, this seems to be the case. I also like the added strength and flexibility that I get from Bikram yoga, as well as a greater sense of calm and well-being.”

“I took my first yoga class with Pat!!!! Yoga studios can be very posh, inaccessible to middle class Americans, intimidating and far removed from the spiritual/emotional aspect that is YOGA. HOWEVER!!!!! Pat has created a space that fosters mental and physical strength. I felt much happier & I got super toned. GOOD WORK is done here. WHEN IN DOUBT BREATHE IT OUT!”

“In the 10 years that I have been doing Bikram Yoga, I have had my doctor tell me each year, ‘Whatever you are doing, keep it up.’ My heart is great – no medications. My weight is stable, I can eat what I want. My balance is more solid. My stress is still there, but more manageable by far. It’s a life changer. Don’t fear the heat!”

“Love this studio! Pat, the owner was cordial and kind and a wonderful teacher. I have been taking Bikram over 20 years and this studio had a nice ambiance as you walk in and not overly crowded. Clean and well maintained. I highly recommend.”

“I am a yoga teacher of vinyasa and ashtahga and I love to practice all forms of yoga, but I have to say that Bikram has been the most healing and profound for me. This studio is just wonderful and a great community and it makes be happy to have it in my life! It's been life changing on many levels and I highly recommend it! NOTHING has ever made me so fit so fast on all my years of being in the fitness industry. This yoga keeps you lean, strong, and pain free!”
